I spent more than twenty years in senior corporate roles across Europe and Asia, most recently as General Manager Southeast Asia at Saint‑Gobain, leading multicultural teams of over 500 people in energy, automotive, construction and industrial consumables.
Since 2021 I have coached executives and leadership teams through growth, transformation and cross‑cultural complexity. Today I lead Cadran's activity in Asia Pacific and run its leadership programs practice, working with leaders in English, French and Mandarin.
